Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga coming from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

The practice is based on by synchronization between movement and breath (Ujjay), creating a purifying and detoxifying heat for the organism.

Beneficial for body and spirit, the Power Yoga offers an elastic and strong body, a flexible back, a calm mind free from any stress. It is also an excellent support for athletes of various disciplines who want to improve their performances.
